The grand opening for this medical clinic is only weeks away when Ritland Painting iscalled in. This '70s modular building had the original green vinyl wallcoverings, and the 10 rooms and hall were drab and stained. We go to Linda Metsker Interior Design for colors (cabinets, walls, ceilings/trim, and reception) and other design elements. When the time comes, Ritland Painting has a week to complete the job. Loose wallcovering is removed and patched, plastic trims nailed down, tack holes filled. A first coat of bonding primer assures a problem-free finish coat. The Benjamin Moore eggshell topcoat is the right choice for a busy clinic- washable, non-burnishing, easy to touch up.
