Ritland Painting is a proud member of a number of local and national professional associations. By being connected to these associations, we stay
updated to the newest industry standards and technologies so that we can provide better service to our customers. Check our credentials.
Painting and Decoration Contractors of America (PDCA)
The PDCA is a full-service national trade association representing over 3,100 companies engaged in all sectors of the coatings application industry.
Ritland Painting uses the PDCA Standards in our proposals and contracts
to help improve communication between ourselves and the client, to assist in ensuring quality, and to create a basis for evaluating the job’s requirements.
Painting and Decoration Contractors of America (PDCA) Residential Council
When it comes to painting homes, there is a lot more to it than just putting on the paint. A myriad of issues must be confronted — marketing,
estimating, financing, sales, hiring, legal, technical. The Residential Council of the PDCA is the national forum and information clearinghouse
for successful residential painting contractors. We share proven systems for managing these issues and discuss solutions which are relevant to our
type of painting. Ritland Painting has been a member of the PDCA Residential Council since its inception in 1998.
The National Association of Home Builders
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors Council promotes professionalism within the remodeling industry. This is a commitment to
responsible business practices, quality construction, and reliable customer service. We attend the local chapter meeting nearly every month to share
experiences.
Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties (MBA)
The MBA is the second largest local home builders association in the United States. They represent home builders, remodelers,
and many occupations and services connected to the building industry.
Construction Industry Training Council of Washington
CITC is a non-profit construction training school that offers open enrollment craft training and Washington State-approved apprenticeship programs.
